I created this mural to serve as a welcoming and energetic introduction for prospective students of the College of Fine Arts at UT Austin. My aim was to reflect the dynamic spirit of the art school through vibrant colors and fluid movement, capturing the creative energy that thrives within. While I was inspired by the iconic burnt orange of UT, I chose to reference it subtly, avoiding overt symbolism, so that the work would speak to the boundless creativity of the students and their unique journeys at the university. The result is a piece that feels alive and open to interpretation, much like the creative environment at the College of Fine Arts at UT Austin.
